1. General Policy
As a charitable trust, all donations made to Bhavani Seva Group are considered final and non-refundable. Your contribution goes immediately toward supporting our community initiatives.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as a duplicate transaction due to technical failure.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund for an erroneous transaction, notify us within 3 days at +91 99137 51543 / 99139 75980. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
